Tsuchiya had got an honor to be selected 1 in 60 persons from all over in Thailand to attend in the "Developing Capacity and Strengthening Safety Networks" and also received the certificate of "Advanced Security Executive" from Mr.Apinya Sujarittanan, Director-General of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
